THE ART OF TANTRA
Tantra says say Yes to everything. It means say Yes to what is happening and to do this first we need to be aware of what that means. Exploring this is to begin by rediscovering our Sexual Energy and realizing that it is our playfullness. Awareness is an important part of reclaiming this Energy. Sexual Energy is our aliveness, our creativity and our birthright of expression through the physical body.
In this workshop we will explore our first chakra energy so that we can experience how this energy feels. It is the Bioenergy of the physical body. The electricity which runs between people. The excitement and the juice that wakes us up and keeps us interested in life and creativity. It is not only the energy we make love with, that is only a small part of it. It is the nectar, the fluid, the beauty, heightened senses and exaggerated sensuality! All of this plus more is available to us when we accept our reality and slowly pursue the Art of Tantra.
Many of us have closed and become bitter about our sex energy. We are afraid to express ourselves openly and honestly. We are afraid to allow this vulnerability.
This workshop is to find the playful spirit we once knew or tasted. Come and play in this wondrous energyfield we will create.
